El Médano is undoubtedly the windsurfing spot of the island, given its favourable location and wide sandy beach. There are also plenty of good surf spots, such as in the touristy Las Américas. Perhaps you would like to take it a little easier and book a boat trip or kayak to spot dolphins and whales.

Tenerife also has wonderful golf courses for golf lovers. One of the most famous is the Abama Golf Course.
