ANTWERPEN - The Antwerp real estate broker Nieuwbouw in Spanje will soon open a new office in Kloosterstraat 118, where a parquet store used to be located. Right in the bustling center of the City of Cakes.

"When we saw the property on Kloosterstraat we immediately struck. We had been looking for a long time, but the match had to be 100%. We are now going to tackle the whole property and hope to open at the end of April," says business manager Carl Vorsselmans.
"In fact, during the month of September, in one week I happened to run into ten of our customers at the Zuid, from Limburgers to West Flemish. Surely that proves the hot spot and the prime location and reassures us that we made the right choice."
"At het Zuid with the new park, the museum, plenty of parking nearby, many nice restaurants, ...we are of course very well located," adds companion and life partner Freyke Van Looveren. "It is certainly quite an investment, but it fits perfectly into our philosophy, which is to unburden the customer from A to Z. Nieuwbouw in Spanje is the fastest growing player in the Spanish real estate market and operates on Tenerife, Ibiza, Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca.
In Tenerife, the company operates under the commercial name Nieuwbouw Tenerife and are the market leader there.
Another new office in Tenerife and Costa Blanca South are planned for further expansion in 2023.
