    We had been looking for a holiday home in Tenerife for a long time. And picky as we are ( out of honest shame I must admit this) it had to be in a well-defined region. Contacted several estate agents and visited several flats with a few of them but never found anything. Until the moment we met (I think by now about 4/5 years ago) De Carl. Immediately there was a click even though at that time, and after a few visits, we still hadn't found our liking. Because we go to Tenerife twice a year, we always kept in touch with Carl and Freyke and kept looking. Meanwhile, Carl of course knew exactly what we were looking for (because of our budget - region - finishing requirements - accessibility - frontal sea view), so not so simple. And maybe a needle in a haystack? Nothing proved impossible for Carl and Freyke. More than a year ago, we were presented with a new-build project at the place we desperately wanted to be. Everything there in new construction for sale except a three-bedroom with sea view on the top floor. Another cold shower. Till Carl calls that one three-bedroom on top floor becomes available. Because of the confidence during that same phone call, immediately took the plunge and soon the completion. Do not hesitate if you are looking for honest, correct, helpful, non-intrusive, listening people to make your dream come true. Thank you Carl and Freyke, as well as your team.

    Buying a flat abroad is not something you do every day. So we were also a bit cold feet. Would we....... dare we......is it a safe purchase..... 1001 things could go wrong.     Some time ago, we were able to enjoy Carl and Freyke's professional approach for several days on site in Tenerife. We found the calm approach particularly comfortable. With great expertise, a number of properties were visited that all met the package of requirements discussed beforehand. Nothing was too much to ask! We were left with a really good feeling.
